RETURNS on defective "stock items" are accepted only if arranged with me and made within 5 days of delivery or attempted delivery of your order. "Stock items" include merchandise designed by me that is part of my normal line. *Items that have been customized in any way are not considered "stock items." A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED after the merchandise is returned in satisfactory condition for stock items and up to 30 days for made-to-order items. ***Shipping charges are not refundable. PLEASE USE TRACKING AND INSURANCE when making returns, as I cannot issue your refund until the merchandise has been returned to me in satisfactory condition.

NO REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNCLAIMED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

ALL SALES ON CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Custom and special orders include items that differ from my normal line designs, including a color, size, or feature in which I don't normally offer the item. I do not accept returns or make exchanges on Custom or Special Orders except in the case of a product defect.

*MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Orders for made-to-order items that are CANCELED AFTER 7 DAYS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. ***Refunds will not be given for made-to-order items for buyer's remorse. Store credit may be issued.*** Please read product listings and purchase thoughtfully.

EXCHANGES: Exchange of "stock item" merchandise is accepted if the items are returned unused, unworn and free of perfume, cigarette, incense, or other unusual odors so the item is suitable to resell. Original shipping fees will not be returned, and shipping for the exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer. NO C.O.D.s will be accepted for returned items.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER to allow me to do what I can to work out a solution.

Solutions may include full or partial refund, store credit or replacement of item within a reasonable time frame, depending on the time it takes to reproduce it. ***Buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees if a shipment is returned as Unclaimed. Shipping fees will not be refunded for "buyer's remorse"; only in the case of a defect, and return shipping fee is solely the responsibility of the buyer. ***

Orders are shipped within 4 business days via USPS Mail, ***UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED in the listing or agreed upon.*** Custom orders and made-to-order items are shipped according to agreement.

International Buyers:
DUTY and FEES CHARGED ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to Federal postal regulations, I DO NOT mark international purchases as a "gift" on customs forms.
