Making the items listed in this shop is a great source of joy. I hope you find the same joy in wearing and/enjoying the items. Keep in mind I'm a newer shop so your feedback and hearts are much appreciated!

Shipping
I use USPS to ship all of my items after Paypal payment confirmation and after checks/money order are recieved and cleared.

I can also send your order Priority or UPS with tracking number if desired for an additional cost which can run between $5-$10 depending on the package. Convo me when you place your order and I can adjust your shipping cost accordingly.

I try to ship next day on weekdays and occasionally Saturdays if desired.

Paypal - I will mail your purchase to the address listed with your PayPal account, if you have a different address that you would like the item shipped to, please convo me upon checkout and I can make adjustments.

All other forms of payment, please convo me upon checkout with shipping address.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted for the following conditions:

- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be in the original condition
- Shipping and any other charges will not be refunded unless item is damaged. You must pay for shipping back to me for non damaged returned items.
- refunds may take up to 30 days to recieve.

Note: I do my best to capture the true colors with natural light for all of my items but please remember that colors can vary from monitor to monitor. So if you have any questions about an item, please ask before purchasing so that we can minimize the need for returns.

I want to offer the best customer service I can. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let me know and I will do my best to make you happy.

My goal is to make you happy!

If you are unhappy with an item, I will make it right, including replacement, repair, exchange or full refund.

Please contact me *before* leaving feedback if you have an issue! I *will* work with you, no matter the reason. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience, even if that means you have returned the product for a full refund.

I am always happy to make custom orders, please convo me with your request. A 50% deposit is required for me to start any custom order.
Custom orders will need more time to be created and mailed, due to the need of getting beads, charms, chain or wire that I may not already have. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
