Hello and welcome to Urban Sewing!
Fabric is made to hold and cover thing for us. Sacks hold grain we feed our animals, cement we use to build our homes, or letters and packages we send each other. Fabric covers our bodies, our beds, and our kitchen tables. Each bag that I make grows organically from the textiles that I am using, giving new life to what was once used to hold and cover something else. The style, size, and features of each bag, depend on the dimensions of the textiles I find, as well as any graphics or works that are printed on them.
