Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Mewooo is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, even if you request a change via messages. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please request to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct delivery address.
Lost Items by Postal Service
If your item has been lost, please contact us, and we will check on our end what has happened with your item. If Royal Mail or any postal service loses your parcel, we will send a new one. Please allow 5-7 working days for this process..
Custom Orders and Embroidery
We do not accept returns on customized items. Additionally, we are unable to embroider emojis. If you wish to place an order that requires embroidery, please note that we can embroider designs such as flowers or hearts. We advise you to contact us before placing a custom order with your design so we can confirm if your logo can be embroidered. In some cases, logos may be too detailed to embroider on thin materials like t-shirts.
