Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We take great care when we photograph our products to show them in the best possible conditions, so they appear as close as can be to their real look. That being said, colours are displayed differently depending on computer screens. Therefore it is possible that the real colour be a little different than what you see online.

In the case where you would not be satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you or give you a credit. Our main objective is you satisfaction so we won't make difficulties. To get a refund, to exchange the product or to get a credit, the product purchased must be new and unused (in other words, we need to be able to sell it).

- If you want to get a refund, we can only refund the price of the purchase, not the cost of the shipping to send the item to you.

- If you return an item, the shipping fees to send the item back to us is yours to pay. We'll gladly pay for shipping the repaired/replacement product back to you.

- If you return an item that is lost during shipping, we can not be held responsible. Shipping must always include insurance and a tracking number.

- If you receive an item that is damaged, please take a picture of it in its actual state so we can make a claim to the Post.

- If you order a custom product, it is considered a final sail. No refund or exchange is possible.
Payment
We accept payments by credit cards and PayPal as well as gift cards. No refund can be made for a gift card purchase, only a credit is possible.
Shipping
All of our items are shipped with Canada Post and USPS via standard parcel. All shipments include a tracking number and coverage for 100, 200 or 700$, depending on the product. If you want more coverage, please tell us before purchasing. Additional cost will be billed to you.

We ship everywhere in Canada and United-States for most products BUT we ship certaines furniture products everywhere. Depending on the product, allow 2-3 business days (form small products) and 2-3 weeks (for furniture) before your item is shipped. This being said, we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Every shipment outside Canada and the US is shipped via surface parcel, which is the least expensive shipping option we can get, and takes up to 8 weeks to get to you. You can also upgrade to Expresspost for faster shipping. In that case, delays are generally from 6 days to 2 weeks. We absolutely need your phone number to be able to ship your purchase with Expresspost. This is a requirement from the Post.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MAY BE TAXED AND DUTIES MAY APPLY BY THE CUSTOMER'S COUNTRY. WE CAN NOT PREDICT WHAT THESE FEES WILL AMOUNT TO AND CAN NOT PAY FOR THEM. IT FALLS UNDER THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THESE.

Every international shipment is identified with the real nature of the item shipped. This allows you to be refund by the post if your item is lost. Identifying a shipment as a gift is illegal.
Additional policies and FAQs
WOOD

Most of our products are made of wood. Please take in account that wood is organic and that we take great care in selecting parts and planks free from defaults apart when we sell special editions where it is clearly state that the object is rustic and have knots and defaults in it. Rustic or limited editions are always final sales.

Wood swells and contracts with humidity and temperature. Our products are designed in order to allow this movement in the material, without compromising aesthetics of functionality. It is therefore normal that your products changes a little bit following seasons.

CARE / MAINTENANCE

Our products are always finished with care with either a water base varnish or hard oil. In both cases, no re-oiling or re-varnishing is necessary.

In cas an accident happens (wine on your B3 bench for instance), the best thing to do is to swipe it quickly. If a stain is still visible, try removing it with a bit of dishwashing soap.
