Music is ineffable… we cannot explain why we are touched by these sounds, but being in a crowd of people at a festival or show feeling the same unexplainable euphoria and light in their soul as you do is why music is so powerful. Even just sitting in your room, music can help you deep dive into your emotions and process them. It heals and builds beautiful bonds that transcend the laws of society.
