After 2 years at the calmest, orders are on the rise again, and I thank you for that. But so are rudeness. Between the "simple" forgetting to open a conversation with a HELLO, those who impose their urgent deadline on me without payment of the corresponding option and without any mark of politeness or those who revive me on the various media not even leaving me the right to disconnect in the evening and sunday ... These quotient rudenesses are not normal, I am losing patience! Therefore, I would no longer respond to all of these requests. I would cancel the affected orders (as a reminder, Etsy will refund within 30 days)
Thank you all for referring to the product descriptions, the processes are normally very explicit, in case of doubt, you can send me a message, and wait a reasonable hour to have an answer.

Remember that each item is made by hand, to order. Stocks are therefore very limited and their creation takes time: Anticipate your orders as much as possible, the future availability of your item can not be guaranteed and the creation times depend on the number of orders in progress, so they vary without notice (3 days today can increase to 3 weeks quickly)
Orders may be blocked to meet the deadlines of paid orders
The deadlines announced at the time of settlement will be respected
Urgent orders will only be processed with payment of the urgent option

- The health crisis being a reality for several months, I no longer provide free alterations in case of postponement of your events. It is still preferable not to indicate a date in order to avoid any disappointment. If necessary, alterations remain possible on some items but will be charged.

Orders are all packed with careYou can choose the gift package option for 1€. Your overall order will be packed in tissue paper, and a ribbonThe packages are rather intended for orders directly to their recipient, if you want to receive your package already packed to offer it after remember that you will not be able to see the product before offering it and that the package will have made the road before ;)This option does not allow you to individually pack different items of the same order.
Custom and custom orders

Can you choose your delivery service?
Orders are shipped by default via the post company (letter followed) with the exception of packages (thickness greater than 3cm) which are delivered by Mondial Relay (or colissimo with supplement)To choose your Mondial Relay pick-up point, you can of course tell me which is your preferred pick-up point.On request and at your expense, I can send them to you via Mondial Relay, parcel relay, chronotoshop, UPS or Chronopost. My mug arrived broken, what should I do?
This remains rare, but unfortunately breakage remains possible.I pay an insurance with the carrier to ensure his vigilance and be compensated in case of concern.Open your package before signing the delivery note to ensure the integrity of your order. In case of breakage, report theirs the delivery note, and refuse the package. Contact me immediately. I would send you at most a replacement product via MONDIAL RELAY, whatever the delivery method chosen at the time of the order. If you sign without checking, we can no longer exercise the guarantee and the responsibility of the package is transferred to you, so please do not neglect this control step.
What are the deadlines?
The deadlines are indicated on each product sheet. To have a more accurate estimate of the shipment, or an urgent order do not hesitate to contact me.For badges and bags, "urgent creation" options are available when the activity of the shop allows itFor obvious reasons of organization and correction, urgent creation requests made after paying for an order are no longer taken into account (as a reminder, the shop does not accept cancellations)It then usually takes 48 hours at the post office to deliver your package, 2 to 7 days for Mondial Relay. Can we pick up the products live?
You can pick up your orders by appointment at the CUGAND workshop (85). Please arrange your appointment before placing an order.
Is it possible to renew my order in a few weeks?
Many of you want to split your orders to smooth out your expenses related to your event. Be careful though, the products being handmade, they may have more obvious differences if you ask me to make them with several weeks apart. This is even more striking on natural cotton bags, the color of which is not quite the same from one batch to another. In addition, some products may not be renewed. It is therefore preferable to group the orders of the same products (an order of mugs, then an order of bags, rather than making an order of the bag and the mug of your 1st witness, then the 2nd, Finally, do not hesitate to contact me in order to organize your purchases as well as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, most destinations are possible directly via your shopping cart. If your Country is not available, do not hesitate to contact me.Edit GERMANY: as legislation has become more complicated for small craftsmen, shipments to this country are currently suspended
Shipping costs seem high to me, how can I reduce them?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and its thickness. Shipments are free for orders of more than 100th to France. If the shipping costs seem important to you, do not hesitate to contact me with the list of your articles and your place of residence so that I can see if other carriers can provide you with expensive delivery. In the case, I remind you that the delivery rate offered for sending a single item is often billed to you cheaper than the price of the stamp;).
