Returns and exchanges
Lost or Damaged Packages: I have had to deal with some of my purchases being lost or damaged in the mail and I know what a pain that can be. I inspect and package each item with careful consideration before shipment. While I cannot be held responsible for what the post office does with your package once it leaves my care, I will do my best to help you file a claim with the postal service. I highly recommend getting insurance to protect against loss or damage. Please contact me to add this service prior to purchase. In the case insurance is not purchased, I cannot provide refunds for lost,stolen or damaged shipments.

Vintage is my love and livelihood. I support my kids and pay my bills by doing what I truly adore. Therefore, prices are not negotiable. I do run occasional sales so please keep an eye on my facebook, twitter and blog for coupon codes and sales alerts.
Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. Most clothing items are wrapped in tissue and shipped in a priority mail flat rate padded envelope to protect against the elements during shipping. Larger items may be wrapped in plastic and packed in a box.
Domestic/US Orders: will ship via priority mail. Dresses and blouses usually ship in a padded flat rate envelope and coats ship in a medium flat rate box. If you order more than one item, I will combine shipping and reimburse any extra fees
International Orders: will ship via USPS first class package international service or priority mail international, whichever is less expensive. I am really disappointed about the new rate increase for shipping so I do my best to pack your items in the smallest box that I can and ship with the best rate. If you order more than one item, I will combine shipping and reimburse any extra fee. If I overcharge on shipping, I will reimburse the extra. If you have a question about shipping, don't hesitate to contact me!

Photos: I do my best to achieve the most accurate color in my photos but some computer monitors show color differently than others. Please keep that in mind when ordering and if you have any questions or require more photos, just let me know!
Trades: As stated in payment information, my etsy shop pays my bills and supports my two kids, therefore I do not do trades.
