Are all of your items food safe?
All glazes used on dinnerware and mugs are lead free, food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher proof. Handwashing is recommended, but everything is dishwasher safe.
Items that are not food safe or not meant to be used for food will be noted in the description.
Why are there variations in color/size between pieces?
All pieces are handmade and have their own unique features. There may be variations in size, shape, and color. This is all a part of the process when working with clay. Colors may look different due to screen resolution. I do my best to photograph my pieces to reflect their exact nature. However, each screen will vary. If you want additional pictures, please send a DM and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
How soon do you ship and what is your policy for shipping during the pandemic?
Ready to ship items will be sent in 3-5 business days. Please note that due to the ongoing Pandemic, shipping times may be extended. This is out of my control once it leaves my hands. If your package is in shipping limbo, please notify me as soon as possible so we can work something out. I appreciate your patience during this time.
Custom and personalized orders
I am not equipped to do custom work at this time. My apologies for the inconvenience.
Do you ship overseas?
Domestic US only: All domestic items ship via USPS priority mail. Tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as the item is shipped. I am unable to ship outside of the US at this time. I hope to be able to do this soon!
My pottery was broken in shipping? Help!
I take great care packaging each item for safe shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is broken or damaged in shipment, please contact me within five days of receipt. Please, send a picture of the damaged packing/items. Since my items are unique in nature, I cannot guarantee an exact replacement. Due to this, I am only offering refunds at this time for broken items.
Can I have a refund?
Refunds and exchanges are made on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition that you received them. No refunds will be issued after 30 days after the order date. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
