Once your order is built we will send you a message to arrange a pickup day / time that works within your schedule.

All shelves come with a hanging hook preinstalled so all you will need to do to hang up your gorgeous item is put a nail or screw into the desired wall! It's just that easy!

Please note, we do not supply nails or screws for hanging within your package.

Due to the made to order aspect of our items, shelves can smell like a bit like stain when initially unpackaged.

Customers are responsible for hanging their shelves in a safe manner and not overloading them with heavy objects that their wall and shelf cannot safely support.

Please be advised we are only taking small customizations at the moment (such as stain color, art detail etc.)

Effective immediately we no longer can ship to PO BOX or APO addresses. FedEx and UPS do not provide service to these addresses therefore an alternative mailing address will need to be provided

We no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii

Buyer is responsible for any tariff fees that may be charged

Be sure to send us a DM with the date you need the shelf before! It's better we know all the information ahead of time :)

Sometimes our shelves will come out a slightly different color than that is featured in the photos. This is just due to the way particular pieces of wood absorb the stain and the grains of the wood. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that all shelves will turn out exactly as the photo is shown.

We try to use the mostly rustic wood with the most character as we can. Some shelves will have knots, wood holes etc. We feel this gives each shelf a uniqueness that no other shelf will have:)

All shelves will come with a nice gloss varathane finish, but please note, we do not gloss finish the bottoms of our shelves to allow for a thicker gloss on the base. If you would like the bottom finished with a light gloss coat please leave me a note

Majority of orders of two or more pieces will be shipped in their own package. This is due to shipping carriers adding additional costs for oversized items, and we also don't want the risk of heavy shelves putting weighted pressure on one another. Also most items will be shipped much quicker through our shipping carriers if the boxes are smaller.

Note: Etsy will only allow one tracking number to be submitted for Canada Post orders - but rest assured all your shelves have been shipped once we mark it as shipped!

As all items are tracked via our mail carriers, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you're afraid of pesky "porch pirates" please leave us a note at checkout for a signature grab for your parcel.

All packages sent from our workshop come insured and tracked. If your item happens to be damaged during transit we will need photos of the shelf and box it arrived in within 24hrs of receiving the package.

Once we get approval for the claim we will be able to start working on a replacement shelf for you. As long as the pictures are sent to us in a timely manner this will typically take about 2 weeks

Unfortunately if for whatever reason you are unable to provide these photos and the claim is denied, we will be unable to send our a replacement shelf as it’s up the the buyer to provide us with these photos.
