For items to be shipped I provider at the latest within 2 working days (unless otherwise specified) after receipt of payment
I use the service PRIORITY MAIL WITHOUT TRACKING number of the German Post Office, as it is very cheap, however for each item you can choose, directly before the purchase, the option "normal" and "track and trace".
The average time required by the German Post Office for shipping is about 1-3 days to Germany, 2-5 for Europe and 3-10 to any other destination.
Please, make sure that the shipping address listed on your Etsy profile is correct. If it is not, and the package returned back to me, unfortunately I have to ask you to pay for the new shipment.
If you want the parcel to be shipped to a different address from the one shown, please contact me or please indicate at time of purchase in the notes.
