This hat is beautiful and soft, and I love the rich color. The large wood button is the perfect accent, I can't wait till the weather cools down and I can wear it. The seller is friendly and the shipping (all the way from Norway!) was prompt. Thank you!

About

Early Influence

As long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in “making stuff”. I recall spending time in kindergarten drawing and at sixteen I was processing my own black and white photographs at my school’s darkroom. It was at that point the interest of composition and photography sparked and at about 19, I bought my own DSLR, which I still own and use frequently. I often have the photo camera with me, as I never know when the next great motive appears.

At an early age I also learned to appreciate nature as I grew up near a small farmstead with natural surroundings, which to a certain extent is reflected in my photography prints (apart from the animals). When I do nature and landscape photography I like to play a bit with colours, texture and light when I get the chance.

Even though I learned to knit as a kid, I didn’t care too much about it until the recent years. At this point, I’m addicted to knitting and can hardly go a day without working on a project. Part of it is that I occasionally need a bit of a break in my studies, but also because it to a certain degree calms me down a bit if I’m too stressed out. I like to play around a bit with different types of yarn and colours and I search various places for finding just the “right” yarn.

Having an Etsy shop enables me to have a creative outlet and an extra excuse to knit or do photography. In addition, Etsy have a great community and you learn a lot that you might not have learned otherwise.

In my shop, I focus on photography prints and various knitted (and felted) items. Though there is occasionally other things that pop up, like zines, handmade cards and jewelry.

Accepted payment methods

  • Other Method
Payment
Please pay with PayPal within a week, otherwise the purchase will be cancelled/re-listed.

I offer free international shipping on all orders, big and small.
Shipping
I'll ship as soon as I get the payment (usually within 48 hours). I ship with priority Air Mail, so you'll get the item(s) as soon as possible.

Please be patient, as it can take up to 30 days on international shipping, even with Air Mail. Also, remember that this shop is located in Norway, so there is a certain thing called international costums/taxes, which is beyond my control, so please check with your local post office what's the policy on international orders.

When it comes to Christmas gift deadline, the order deadline is December 1st. I do have an early deadline, just to make sure that international buyers have a chance to recieve them in time. So I would recommend you to buy as early as possible, just to make sure.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can return the item(s) within 8 weeks after purchase. Please PM me if it's the case, so you can get the refund when the item(s) arrive back at my place. I do not allow exchanges within the same listing (i.e. one "Bowl of Soup" zine for another) due to the fact that my items are handmade and therefore unique.

And of course you do get the cash refunded, minus the PayPal fees.

Note; if returning an items, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you want, I can gift wrap the items in case you are going to give the item as a gift. Please notify me upon purchase.

I would also like to mention that I recommend you to handwash all knitted items in lukewarm water and detergent specially made for wool, so it would last longer/don't get destroyed/damaged.
