HOW TO PAY????
V&H collection accepts payments through PayPal for purchases with a credit card, or a PayPal account. It's fast, it's easy and most importantly, it's secure!
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Each item is in its gift box,and then we put everything together in a package that we send.Every item is carefully packed.
Shipping costs are specified for each item.
When we receive payment, we send them through the business day or two. You will be notified by e-mail.
Approximate delivery timing will vary according to your location.
Tracking code for your purchase is available upon request.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SENT PRIORITY AIR MAIL AND IT TAKES
2-5 DAYS FOR EUROPE , AND 12-16 DAYS FOR U.S.A.
For USA customers:
if you want me to use delivery method other than USPS, pls, convo me for the options.
If your paypal and Etsy addresses are different, please let me know which one is the correct one in "message to seller" box at check out. Otherwise - your purchase will be sent to your Etsy address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchase for a return or exchange, send us a convo within 5 days of receiving your purchase. If there is no contact within 5 days of delivery date refunds will not be accepted.
We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item`s are the client’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion
We can guarantee that the production quality is very high.

Any jewelry that is photographed on the model were sample items - the items you receive have not been worn.
