Can I return or get a refund?
All prints are made to order so we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please check your size and framing selection before ordering. We'll always resolve printing errors, quality faults, or anything that went wrong on our end — via free replacement or refund. We don't refund for carrier delays, colour differences between screen and print, or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
My order is late — what should I do?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but aren't guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control. During peak periods like Christmas, please allow extra time before contacting us. We can't issue refunds for parcels still in transit.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Colours may look slightly different on screen versus in print due to screen calibration differences. This is normal and not a fault. If you receive a print with an actual printing error, message us with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
I entered the wrong address — what happens?
We can't cover re-printing or re-shipping costs if an incorrect address was provided. If your parcel is held at a local depot, contact your carrier directly to arrange redelivery.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders that haven't entered production yet. Once printing has started we can't guarantee cancellation even if the order hasn't been marked as dispatched. Message us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
My order arrived damaged?
Message us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the shipping label. We'll review and arrange a free replacement — no need to return the original.
