Node arrived half rotted and died soon after delivery.

Great customer service and fast shipping. She shipped it the same day. She even upgraded the insurance to the full cost of the item at her own cost. The root was rotting a bit because of delayed shipping from USPS, but the main cutting was healthy and as advertised. Unfortunately USPS bungled the delivery and gave it to my neighbor. I was unable to keep the cutting alive after I got it from my neighbor :(

BEWARE OF SELLER She’s on ebay too and known in the small aroid community to send rotting nodes. I paid $190 for one with an aerial root VS the $155 wetsticks and she messaged me the day before it shipped out telling me that she had to trim the root because of rot. 2nd red flag, she said the aerial root wasn’t important in response to me saying I paid extra for a healthy wetstick with an aerial root (it does increase chances of rooting). She said I gave her the okay to send out the stick, despite FIVE messages asking for a replacement or refund Monday. She replied Tues. saying she didn’t see them and sent it anyway. She said “go ahead and try” with it to pressure me to keep it. The axillary bud was on the white part of the stem; that’s a death sentence because any leaves produced will be all white. It should’ve been tossed.

came in great shape, variegation was actually a lot better than the photos showed! very happy with my order :)

starters, my rating is not perm. I did some serious research on a few things, some things, not until after I ordered. I’ve seen a few sticks around that were more vibrant/solid. The stick I received is a bit mushy. Did not arrive in moss, only wet tissue/plastic bag. I commend the seller on a speedy ship time! I didn’thh have moss the first day but I did the next morn thankfully. My current concern is with the mushiness of the stem as many people have stated it’s probably internally rotted. It’s pretty pricey for the stick’s condition, min my opinion. I’m following a few experts opinion, hopeful but was told not to hold my breath. I will update later when something happens. Update. Black. All black.

Responsive to my messages and willing to work with me on the timing of shipping as I was worried it wouldn't make it to me in time before I left for vacation. Ultimately, I couldn't wait and decided I needed it now. She shipped within hours and I got it in two days! I was too excited upon receiving my package and didn't get a chance to photograph the packaging. It was in a small Ziplock with sphagnum moss, the stick wrapped in paper towel, and just the right amount of moisture. All this was surrounded by crumpled paper to avoid shifting in the box. I can't believe I just spent what I did on a stick, but I am so thankful for this more affordable option at possibly having my own Monstera Borsigiana Albo. Now I wait! Thanks again, Carmela!

Came In great condition despite the hot weather. Seller is extremely nice and leaves you a personal note. Expect the wet stick to be extremely small. Over all healthy cutting. Thank you!
