Velvet Limelight is a UK based shop. Please note that you are responsible for any custom charges, import tax or other additional charges that may be incurred on international orders.

▶ DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: All digital files/products from Velvet Limelight are instant download via Etsy. Once purchased, you'll receive an email (at the address linked to your Etsy account) containing a link to your downloads, or you can find them in the 'Purchases' section of your account.

▶ GICLEE PRINTS: All prints are custom printed-to-order, and will be shipped within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving a cleared payment. All items are shipped via Royal Mail, and are tracked and insured.

▶ OTHER PHYSICAL ITEMS: I will ship your order within two working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving a cleared payment. Orders placed at weekends will be shipped on Mondays. All items are shipped via Royal Mail, and are tracked and insured.

When ordering, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that your shipping information is correct! If a package is returned to me because the address is incorrect, the buyer will have to pay for re-postage charges.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of these Terms of Use. By purchasing and downloading any Velvet Limelight digital file/product you are agreeing to abide by the following terms:

You MAY:
· You MAY print Velvet Limelight digital files/products and use the printed images in your tangible art and craft projects that are for personal or limited commercial use (up to 100 copies).
· You MAY sell the finished tangible items that you create on Etsy, other e-commerce sites, and/or at craft fairs.
· You MAY use Velvet Limelight's digital files/products in your artwork and publish your artwork online or in magazines. Credit to Velvet Limelight for images used is not necessary but always very much appreciated.

You MAY NOT:
· You may NOT sell or redistribute Velvet Limelight digital files/products 'as is' in any form, either printed or in digital format. They are for your use only; do not share them, sell them or give them away.
· You may NOT sell or redistribute any tangible or digital 'supplies' made in whole or in part with Velvet Limelight digital files/products, for example, in kits, on CDs, or as stickers, collage sheets, ephemera packs, scrapbook papers etc.
· You may NOT mass-produce any item made in whole or in part with Velvet Limelight digital files/products, for commercial use, without first obtaining written permission from me. Mass-production is any run of 100 or more copies from a single image. In some cases, larger distributions may incur a licensing fee.
· You may NOT sell or redistribute any digital items made with Velvet Limelight digital files/products.
· You may NOT sell or redistribute Velvet Limelight digital files/products (even if altered) on print-on-demand websites such as Zazzle, CafePress, Society6 etc. or any website where images are uploaded.
· You may NOT claim copyright after purchasing.
