THE BOXY TEE (Comfort Colors): Heavyweight, relaxed American fit. Naturally boxy and runs slightly large. Stick to your size for a classic streetwear look.

THE RELAXED SWEAT (Comfort Colors): Heavyweight, garment-dyed fleece with a relaxed, side-seamed body. Runs true to size with room to layer. Stick to your size for that lived-in, vintage feel.

THE BOXY CROP (AS Colour): Relaxed but shorter cut, sits above the hip. If between sizes or larger bust, size up.

THE MODERN FIT (Stanley/Stella): Relaxed women’s fit with dropped shoulders. Not oversized, but not fitted either. True to size for a clean, slightly relaxed silhouette.

Yes. We don’t do flimsy prints that crack. Our quotes are embroidered for a tactile, premium finish. It’s a "quiet shield" that ages beautifully with the fabric. Because we use premium garments, the embroidery remains stable and durable.

To protect the embroidery and the vintage-washed colors:

Wash inside out in cold water.

Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

Tumble dry on low or, better yet, air dry to ghost the machine.

Never iron directly on the embroidery—use a pressing cloth.

Velvet Rebel operates on a slow system by design. We don’t keep dusty warehouses. Each piece is created specifically for you once you place an order.

Apparel: Shipped in PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) poly mailers, made from at least 70% recycled plastic.

Inner Bags: For multi-item orders, we use clear inner bags (30% PCR). Single items are placed directly into the mailer to minimize waste.

Larger orders are shipped in cardboard boxes.

Australia: Orders are shipped in fully compostable eco-mailers.

Yes. If you are sending a gift to a fellow rebel, you can include a personalized message at checkout. It will be printed on the packing slip. No pricing information will be shown.

We want your "quiet shield" to be perfect. If it’s not the right fit for your reality, we accept returns under the following conditions:

WINDOW: Contact us and ship back within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITION: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original state.

SHIPPING: Costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns MUST be sent with a tracked service. We cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

DESTINATION: Returns go to our design studio in Belgium, not the production warehouse. Contact us for the address.

REFUNDS: Purchase price is refunded after inspection.
