Your name (and/or user name), town, state, country and e-mail address are provided to me by Etsy (for which you gave permission when you registered for an account with Etsy). You may provide additional information to me should you wish to have me make a custom order for you. I only use customer information to fulfill orders. Additional information you give me is never revealed in the description of your custom order and is viewable only between myself and my customer, via Etsy's convo system.
Since my items are digital and available for instant download only (in addition to a link, which is sent to customers’ e-mails) your information is not shared with any shipping company. I do not store or use customer information for any other purpose. Information such as name, address, and email address is not stored on my computer, other electronic devices or the Cloud etc. For tax purposes only, I retain paper copies of transactions for a period of 4 years. If and when required, I will communicate with you about your order status using the Etsy convo system.
