Announcement   Current inventory listings will be deactivated on 9/21 and will remain down until my return from RealmsCon during the first week of October. Lots of new pretties will be listed as soon as we do our return inventory, just in time for Halloween! =)

My Fall schedule is filling up very quickly! Current custom order turnaround is 5-7 weeks at the moment (as of 9/21/16). Next available corset/outfit ship dates are during the 4th week of October. Please plan for the Fall and Halloween season accordingly. I will be shutting off guaranteed Halloween delivery very, very soon!

Payment
I accept payment via PayPal. If you wish to mail a payment instead, please contact me first. Payment in full is expected before any work begins on custom ordered items. Please note that the listed wait times on custom work don't start until after you have purchased the item and they do not include transit time once the item has shipped. If you would like to discuss payment plan options, please convo. I'm quite flexible with them provided that your order is paid in full at least two weeks before you need it to ship. Thanks!
Shipping
I ship US orders via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Should you need Express Mail on an in-stock item (usually overnight, but not always), I can accommodate that as well. Please ask so I may alter the listing to reflect added postage costs. I can also use UPS instead if you'd prefer, but please note there may be a price difference you will be responsible for prior to shipment. I ship every business day of the week, so expect about a 1 day wait between payment and shipment on in-stock items (custom made items can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, so please note the listed wait times in my shop announcement ahead of time for the most accurate quote).

International orders ship via 1st Class Mail International, which can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive and is not trackable beyond US borders. If you want something quicker and trackable, please convo me before purchase. Priority Mail International is available, but costs $30-$70, depending on the package weight.

Please note on international sales that IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ME TO LIE ON CUSTOMS FORMS about purchase prices and package contents. Your order will be marked as Merchandise, the correct purchase price will be noted, and you will be responsible for any duties and fees on the items once they reach your country, which can be significant. These are not fees I have any control over. I encourage you to research your country's customs and postal fees before purchase to make sure you are ready to handle them before you place an order. Please do not ask me to lie on customs forms. I really hate saying no (it makes me feel terrible), but I will. Thanks for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that I do not issue refunds. I do, however, issue store credit. Should you buy something that just doesn't fit, let me know. Returned items need to be postmarked within 3 business days of your receipt of the non-fitting item. Upon receipt of your return, I will issue you the purchase price, minus shipping costs, towards another purchase with me. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on your exchange items. All returns for exchange are required to be returned to me in the same new, clean, unworn condition in which I ship them. Any items returned covered in make-up or deodorant smears, pet hair/dander, or smelling like smoke or animals (we have major allergies in our home!) will be assessed an up to 30% restocking fee to cover my costs in cleaning and/or marking the item down to used condition. I'm pretty flexible in dealing with exchanges, and I want super happy customers, so if there are any problems with your order, I urge you to please let me know ASAP! I promise I'll work as hard as I can to make sure you're positively in love with your new clothing. =)
Additional policies and FAQs
I gladly accept custom orders. Any item on my website, as well as any item I offer in my store, can be ordered as a custom (I cannot always duplicate fabric pairings, though). Please note that my fabric stock changes fairly quickly. If you wish to order a custom corset, please let me know in advance what your expected purchase date will be. As I'm a really small operation (I'm a one woman shop!), I'm unfortunately not able to keep fabrics for custom orders on hold indefinitely.
