I just installed this chandelier in my new living room, and after cleaning the prisms with a little soap and water, it looks fabulous. It seems to be missing about three prisms, and a few of the hooks they hang on were gone, but it isn't glaringly imperfect or anything. Besides, it's a gorgeous statement piece that no one else has, so who cares? Shipping was reasonable and on time, and the shop owners answered the questions I had leading up to the purchase of the item.
