I love this spoon-so smooth and so well made ana much sturdier that the one I'm replaceing that I've had for years. I noticed it has a crack starting in it so I searched ETSY for a long handled, small spoon and found the Vermont Spoon site and placed the order.

I bought this for general use but particularly with my ceramic pots and pans to avoid scratching. My boyfriend uses this to hold the tea bag down in a ceramic mug while avoiding scratching off the glaze since the spoon is heavy enough to not float LOL

I love these spoons. I bought two of these stirring spoons for use with ceramic mugs in order to avoid scratching off the glaze. I have been using olive oil or avocado oil as a finish when needed, and I let them dry overnight. They are gorgeous spoons!
