Great idea to use grout in between pieces to catch the moisture, so it doesn't roll off the tile like with typical ceramic coasters. The designs are lovely.

Playing with Glass and Brass!

I've always created art since a child, starting with crayons and moving up the food chain. I've been pretty much self-taught all the way as I find that figuring out how to get a desired result is half of the fun. I was heavily into painting with watercolors and oils and then ran into antique tiles, which quickly grabbed my attention and my work turned to making sigils for family members with antique tiles, brass and glass. I was lucky to be introduced to glass and have been coming up with more and more things I want to create with it. Most pieces, if not all, are unique one-of-a-kinds. I LOVE what I do, am retired from work but never retired from art!
