Ho iniziato il mio negozio per essere in grado di mostrare ciò che mi appassiona: riutilizzare vecchi maglioni e trasformarli in borse eleganti e belle. Il processo di infeltrimento è così interessante e mi sembra molto terapeutico. Le mie borse sono per lo più realizzate lavando maglioni vecchi e strappati in acqua calda per agitare le fibre di lana e per fissare il processo di infeltrimento restringendo il capo. Quindi cucio la borsa assicurandomi di sprecare il meno possibile del tessuto e decorare la borsa infeltrindo ad ago diverse fibre di lana o di seta e in alcuni casi ricamandola o aggiungendo dettagli all'uncinetto. Le cinghie di tutte le mie borse sono cinture in pelle riciclata. Di solito cucio a mano la borsa e la fodera e aggiungo alcuni dettagli ricamati all'interno della borsa (come le tasche interne). Quindi, se hai un maglione preferito e vorresti trasformarlo in una borsa fresca, contattami e parliamone!
L'altra mia passione è fare frizioni da linguette pop lavorandole insieme e aggiungendo alcuni dettagli interessanti. La mia famiglia e i miei amici sono probabilmente stufi di me che chiedo loro di salvare le schede pop per me :)

I started my shop to be able to showcase what i am passionate about - reusing old sweaters and making them into stylish and beautiful bags. The process of felting is so interesting and it feels very therapeutic to me. My bags are mostly made by washing old and torn sweaters in hot water to agitate the wool fibers and to fasten the process of felting by shrinking the garment. I then sew the bag making sure that I waste as little of the fabric as possible and decorate the bag by needle felting different wool roving or silk fibers and in some cases embroidering it or adding crochet details. The straps on all my bags are recycled leather belts. Usually I hand sew the bag and the lining and add some embroidered details on the inside of the bag (like the inside pockets). So if you have a favorite sweater and would like to turn it into a cool bag, please contact me and let's talk!
My other passion is making clutches from pop tabs by crocheting them together and adding some interesting details. My family and friends are probably sick of me asking them to save the pop tabs for me :)
