Announcement    All our products are handmade by us on professional quality button machines. We prioritize sourcing our fabrics from small family owned and operated quilt shops, and I grow and/or wild harvest all the flowers. We don't print off mass quantities of paper images for our regular buttons, rather we treasure hunt for interesting images from magazines destined for the trash.

Entrepreneurship Evolves Through Wanderlust

Being self-employed has been a dream of mine since I first entered the workforce. For the longest time, running my own business always took a back seat to the steady paycheck. It was considered a "side-gig" and even after discovering Etsy, what I thought would be a perfect outlet to evolve my own business while maintaining a day job, I found that I simply wasn't dedicating myself to my dream.

Enter my partner. Coming up on six years ago I met my partner, and within that first conversation we decided to go travel together! Long story short: I left my day job, packed up the house I had struggled to maintain for the previous 9 years, and hit the road. We lived out of a Subaru Outback for a while, until the second dog finally squeezed us into a converted short bus. We traveled from city to city selling our crafts to the local shops and residents of the area. We strove to support each cities' local economy by buying materials from their mom & pop stores, haunting their coffee shops (and bars) and otherwise appreciating what each new place had to offer.

In May 2016, we welcomed fraternal twin daughters into our family! They were extremely premature, and spent months in the NICU. You'd never ever know it to look at them today! We've settled down onto some land in the mountains of Western North Carolina, to pursue a bit of farming and raising wild little ones. While the girls were in the NICU, we became separated from our button machines, but we recently got them back and have been having fun creating with them again! We're right back to setting up booths at local famer's markets, and getting our products into as many stores as we can muster. Now we haunt the local fabric shops and our back porch, and I plan to grow lots of beautiful flowers to press and use to decorate magnets and mirrors!

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
Returns and exchanges will only be considered within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Items considered eligible for exchange are those that are found to be defective in some way, or that I have grossly misrepresented in my listing. I do my best to give accurate measurements, but items that do not fit will also be considered for a refund or exchange. Keep in mind that my items are all handmade: there are bound to be subtle differences from piece to piece (including those that come in pairs or sets), and the representation of colors on a computer monitor is not completely reliable.

Custom orders are final sales, no exceptions!

In the event a refund is to be issued, I must receive the item in its original condition PRIOR to any refund being applied. Shipping on returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping TO ME on exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, but I will cover shipping to send out the replacement product.

That being said, I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. Please contact me if you are absolutely unsatisfied with the product. I am happy to discuss such issues in a mature and amicable nature.

Shipping
*INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE*

*Basics*

Shipping is handled via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with included Delivery Confirmation. Signature Confirmation and Insurance may be added upon request for additional costs (see Upgrading).

Packages will be shipped to the address you provide through Etsy, unless otherwise requested, please ensure the address is correct during checkout. If you wish to have a package sent to a different address, please include the address in a "Message to Seller" during checkout. Please NOTE: packages sent to an address different than that on Etsy must be insured at the buyers expense.

I will ship all ready-made items within 72 hours of a received & cleared payment. If for any reason I am unable to meet this deadline, I will be forthcoming in notifying you!

Custom orders will take on average 7-10 days (depending on the project) to be completed and shipped. However, I reserve the right to make judgment calls (on a case by case basis) as to the time it will take me to complete a project at any given time. Again, I will be upfront about this and maintain good contact with you!

*Upgrading*
Insurance and other shipping options ARE NOT included unless specifically requested by the buyer. If requesting different/additional shipping options, please contact me via "Convo" PRIOR to checkout and I will be happy to accommodate your needs.

*Combined Shipping*
For the smoothest transaction possible, it is helpful to contact me prior to making your selections. This way, I may hold your desired selections for you and tailor the shipping for you (based on the same guidelines used for single items, see above) prior to you paying for your items/shipping.

Unless otherwise notified, if multiple items are purchased and are to be shipped to the same address, I will combine the items into one package and ship accordingly (based on the same guidelines used for single items, see above). For this purpose, the secondary shipping amount on the listing matches the primary shipping price. Any moneys paid for shipping that exceed the final amount for shipping the single package will be refunded.

*Packaging*
I try to recycle packaging wherever possible, so long as it does not impact the integrity or safety of the product being shipped.

If you would like me to use new packing materials, please indicate this in a "Message to Seller" during checkout.

Inquire about gift wrapping via "Message to Buyer" during checkout.

*FOR DOMESTIC BUYERS*
All domestic packages are shipped USPS. Items weighing less than 13 oz are shipped First Class Package rate. Items weighing more than 13 oz are shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate unless otherwise noted. In the event that the total cost of shipping your purchase at the First Class Rate is more than the Priority Rate, you will be upgraded to Priority automatically.

*FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*

Shipping outside the United States is done USPS First Class up to the maximum weight and size permitted. Like domestic orders, if flat rate makes more sense it will be used. If otherwise requested by the buyer, different arrangements may be made at their expense.

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties. The customs declaration put on the package will NOT contain false information for any reason.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have included product care information with each item. In the case that I forgot, please contact me and I will happily provide that information!

I am happy to gift wrap your item at no additional cost! Please include a note in the "Message to Buyer" during checkout.

I am open to trades! Feel free to make a proposal!
