Payment
The methods of payment I accept are credit, debit, Etsy gift cards and PayPal. I do not accept checks.
Orders are not sent until payment has been received on the Shop’s end.
If payment is not received and confirmed within 48 hours of sale, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed if needed. If payment is cancelled before the item is shipped, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued, minus $0.20 for re-listing.
Please contact me if you have any problems regarding payment, either before or during checkout!
Processing times
PLEASE SEE THE PROCESSING TIMES FOR EACH LISTING BEFORE PURCHASING. Processing times are calculated in BUSINESS DAYS (Mon - Fri). Processing times allow me to have ample time to create your order, as well as allow me to have time to contact and have conversations with you regarding what you purchased, as needed (I work full time during the week so I do my best to get orders completed as quickly as I can).
I work extremely hard to get all orders out within the stated processing times. If my processing times are not to your liking, please don't order anyway and hope for the best - they are calculated at a certain time frame for a reason. Getting upset with me because you don't like or understand my processing times is unfair and moot :)
Shipping
As of January 28th, 2019 the Shop is shipping domestically AND internationally (based out of Florida in the United States).
I use the United States Postal Service for shipping. Standard domestic shipping for most listings is the First Class Package Service, which is delivered in 2-6 days once the Post Office has received the order. Standard international shipping for most listings is around 6-10 days once the Post Office has received the order.
You may choose shipping upgrades for domestic shipping only. Currently the shop does not offer shipping upgrades for international packages.
Shipping Upgrades
You have the option to upgrade to:
USPS Priority Mail or
USPS Priority Mail Express at an additional charge.
Keep in mind, processing times will remain the same even though shipping times have been upgraded. If you are eager to have your order come ASAP, please contact me prior to placing an order to see if I can get your order done within a time frame suited to your liking.
Insurance on packages as well as signature confirmations are both available at an additional cost (the USPS charges me for this, and I do not upcharge them - you pay what I am charged).
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are included on all orders! You will receive an e-mail confirmation once I have created your shipping label and the order is on it’s way to the Post Office (or already at the Post Office).
Shipping Disclosure (important!)
I cannot guarantee anything in regards to shipping once your order is out of my hands. As we all know, the USPS is run by humans and mistakes, delays, inaccuracies and damages happen. I can only give you shipping + delivery ESTIMATES based on the information that the USPS gives me. I do my best to make sure the information I extend to you is accurate.
As a small business, it's very hard for me to provide replacements and refunds due to mis/undelivered mail. For that reason, I am unable to do replacement orders at no additional charge. If you do not receive your order after it says it has been delivered, please reach out to me ASAP so we can contact the USPS.
Shipping Addresses
If you provide me with an address that is not recognized by the USPS (due to typing error, inaccurate street name, etc.) I will do my best to reach out to you for a correction. I will not send out your order until I am able to hear from you. I do this to make sure you are able to get what you are purchasing, even though it may delay the shipping process.
If you need to change the address your order is being sent to, please contact me ASAP! I will change the address on the shipping label as soon as I can.
I will definitely re-ship a buyer’s order if it is returned to me due to an incorrect address, however additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

This shop is my project for creating fun veterinary themed stickers and other items for veterinary professionals and all animal lovers.
I am a one-woman-show and I design, create, make, prepare and ship everything on my own! I currently work as a certified veterinary technician so I run my Etsy business before and after my shifts at the hospital (also...sometimes even during my lunch breaks :P).
Each listing has a description for what you are purchasing and what to expect - so please read each description before buying. Also, give the FAQ a read-through and let me know if you have any questions regarding expectations for purchasing from my shop!
