Abby was incredible to work with. She listened to my ideas and was open to any changes I wished to make. I provided some inspiration images as guidelines and she produced something that far exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use again!

Hi there! Welcome to VevaSteva

Here's how it all goes down...

1. Pick out the invite of your dreams
2. Convo me with as much detail as possible.
Please include your wedding date, date needed, quantity, color choices, possible enclosures and any accessories that you might need and so on...
3. I will create a custom listing for you. It's your choice, you may pay the total up front or put a 50% deposit for me to begin working on your design
4. I will send you a digital proof to review within 5 business days. You get 3 complementary proofs to make sure everything is the way it should be. Don't forget to PROOFREAD!
5. After final approval is given I require the other half of the deposit if you haven't paid for it yet.
6. Printing, cutting, gluing....This may take 3-6 weeks
7. I package and ship out to you!

I accept PayPal, money orders, personal checks, and cash (locally).
E-checks through Paypal may take up to a week for them to clear.
*Please note that orders will not be started or shipped until payment has cleared.
Upon receipt of your final payment, your paper goods are securely packaged and shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking. Samples are shipped first class mail. Please email me if you would like to ship with a different method, I would be glad to accommodate any special requests.
Refunds and Exchanges
Changes in your order BEFORE it is approved:

Your order comes with 3 complimentary proofs. I will provide three minor proof revisions consisting of text changes or standard layout modifications free of charge. You are able to make unlimited changes to your order during this proof process, but further revisions entail additional fees.

Once a design is "signed off" by you, your invitations will be sent off to print and no more changes can be made.

Changes in your order AFTER it is approved:

If a proof has been approved but contains a customer error(s) OR if changes are requested after the order is approved, printed, shipped or delivered, I will work with you to correct the error and make the changes and reprint your reorder at a 25% discount. I will provide an updated proof which will require your approval to ensure that errors are corrected before I proceed with the reprint.

Returns and cancellations

I am confident that you will be happy with the quality of my products, but if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I cannot accept returns based on customer input errors, including typos and layout mistakes. PLEASE PROOFREAD ALL PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY. ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED A PROOF, VEVA STEVA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS.

Please keep in mind that due to the process of custom handmade invitations, there may be slight variations in color & print. Beware that colors are not exact on digital proofs and variations will depend on your monitor settings.

If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by me, I will happily reprint it at no cost to you, although I do require for you to ship back the initial order in its original condition, OR you may choose to keep the order as is and I will apply a 25% discount to the order.

Custom Designs

Need a certain color? Have a design theme and just can’t find the right invitation? If you like my style and don’t see exactly what you’re looking for then you’re in luck! I love creating custom designs. Design fees fall anywhere from $25.00 (for certain adjustments to existing designs) and can go as high as $350 for an entire design suite (with custom hand drawn map). Please contact me and let me know exactly what you are looking for. If you decide that you would like me to design something for you I require the initial design fee before I start any design work. Sorry this design fee is non-refundable and does not include the actual production of the invites. Custom design proofs can take up to 4 weeks to create. Custom design fees include 1 design proposal sent to you as a digital file. You are entitled to 3 minor revisions to the design/s. Please include as much of the following as you can and I will get back to you with a quote.

a. Quantity
b. Date of the event
c. The date that you need to have your invitations in hand
d. All information that will be printed on the invites (wording, addresses, time, place…)
e. Colors
f. Shape/size
g. Special additions such as layers, pocket folds, embellishments, ribbons
h. Enclosures; RSVP, Reception, Directions, Map, Menu…
i. Any additional accessories such as Save the dates, Table numbers, Place cards, Programs
j. Ideas, concepts, feeling, include pictures! Tell me about yourself! (the more I know the better I can design for you!)
