My dreams absolutely came true when I purchased my wedding dress. I am still completely over the moon obsessed with my wedding gown. Best money I have ever spent and it was completely customized! I did have to get it tailored once I received it. My seamstress also added a custom bustle that showed off the floral embellishments on my train. This dress did come with an underneath hook bustle, though!

Let’s start off with the amount of compliments I had gotten about this dress in person and on every fb group I shared it in! Absolutely beautiful! I did custom measurements and i did not get alterations! Customer service was great! I saw a dress I liked on her page and I wanted to alter the top and add pockets and she did with a slight fee which was doable! My complaints: doesn’t come with garment bag so you’ll have to get one yourself! The big one—- I was stabbed by little red pins that were left in the dress, it hurt so bad I drew blood and had to have someone dig in my dress to remove them. All in all, worth it!

My gown arrived on time and the customer service was superb!

I was surprised at how reasonably priced the rush order was. The item arrived well within the window of time it was expected.

The craftsmanship in this product is high quality. I ordered a custom dress. They listened and expertly executed what I asked for, and were very commumicative throughout the whole process. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone and will treasure this dress my whole life.

Such a beautiful dress and exactly what I hoped it would be like. Lots of attention to detail and very well constructed. Linna is was fantastic with communication and is a perfect seller. She was very helpful and I’m so glad I bought my wedding dress from her ☺️

As in many reviews I was nervous ordering my dress online but it was 100% worth the risk. Vicky Mermaid Bridal answered all and any questions I had and recommended me a standard size but shortened it to my height for me. It was the perfect length! If you are a larger cup size, be prepared for little coverage, use of tailoring or arrange custom sizing. I had the straps shortened slightly and taped the girls in place because I couldn't find a bra that didn't show. I got so many compliments on my unique dress and am so happy I chose Vicky Mermaid Bridal. I shipped to Germany and the dress arrived in the estimated time frame. Highly recommend!!!!
