About

The Finest Quality Steampunk Jewelry, Victorian Jewelry, Fantasy Wedding Jewelry and Men's Jewelry and Accessories at the Best Prices.

Thank you for taking your precious time to learn a little bit about my Victorian Curiosities. I consider it a privilege to spend my days and nights at work in my studio sawing, soldering, filing, sanding, tumbling, rolling, texturing, drilling, forming, hammering, dapping, doming, patinating, punching, electroplating, electroforming, casting, carving, modeling, moldmaking, shearing, stone setting and various other labors of love.

I am sure that you have heard the saying, "Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life."

Well, I truly love what I do and I love the processes, but as you can imagine, it does take work. Each Victorian Curiosities' piece is a culmination of many years of experience and knowledge. Multiple steps go into each piece, so that what you receive is quality jewelry. I want to be proud of my work, and most of all, I want you to be happy with your Victorian Curiosities.

Many of the components that I use, I either make myself or start with the best quality raw materials. If I must purchase components to use in my designs, they must be American made, if available, or the highest quality from Europe. I do all of this so that I can provide you Excellent Quality at the Best Prices!

PRINCIPLE: Never stop working hard . . . to provide Excellent Quality at the Best Prices!

Thoreau said, "Do what you love. Know your own bone; gnaw at it, bury it, unearth it, and gnaw it still."

This basically sums me up. When I become obsessed with something, like gardening, healthful cooking, living a simple life or metalsmithing and creating jewelry, I have to learn everything that I can about it. Kind of a "no stone unturned" approach.

PRINCIPLE: Continually learn new techniques and improve upon old skills . . . to provide Excellent Quality at the Best Prices!

I want to be proud of my work and simply adore the idea of making my customers happy! So I hope you'll take a little time to have a look around my shop. If you see a piece that you like, but would love it in a different color, for example, just send me a message, and I'll be happy to help. With Victorian Curiosities, it is not only important that my pieces are of high quality, but my customer service must be of high quality, too. I guarantee you'll be treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism.

PRINCIPLE: Never stop trying to do all within my means to make my customers happy!

I CREATE; THEREFORE I AM.

Kindest regards,

Kelly / Victorian Curiosities

Hello, I'm Kelly! I adore the finery of the Victorian Era & the skilled craftsmanship that fueled the Industrial Age. As a jewelry artist and metalsmith of many years, I work to embed a little of both into each Victorian Curiosities' piece.
