My name is Thass and I am the owner of Victoria's Class brand of hair accessories. I am a wife of a loving husband and a mother of a beautiful girly girl.
I have always enjoyed being creative and since I can remember I have hand-crafted beautiful stuff. I have been taught by my artisan mother to sew, paint, crochet, knit, cross stitch, patchwork, textile paint, textile application, scrap booking etc from a very early age and since then I have developed a professional skill in all of those methods. With those abilities mastered I decide to started designing my own hair accessories and I try to make use of the best materials and techniques available to produce the perfect hair piece.
As a woman and a mother (and definitely a fanatic for hair accessories!) I believe that hair accessories are there to make us shine and feel more confident but they shouldn't impair us at any moment. Therefore I like to make sure that my accessories are not only beautiful but also functional and comfortable so that we girlies can wear them proudly and effortlessly.

CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES are always updated in the product list itself. If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified via email.
Shipping time varies per country. PostNL only gives guidelines of delivery, not guaranteed delivery date. I CANNOT guarantee delivery date with the standard shipment I use, not ever. Guidelines for overseas varies from 5 to 15 business days but a parcel may take up to 5 weeks to get to destination overseas.
---> A parcel delivery may be delayed due to Customer Clearance, which is out of my control or that of the postage company. Overseas customers may have to wait for 5 weeks from shipment to have their parcels.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are finals, so no refunds or order cancellations are available once an order is placed as we produce on the same day.
We are not responsible for any damaged product once they are shipped, we take extra care in packaging so you receive a perfect product.

If we made a mistake about your order, we are happy to replace the item(s), please send us an email and we will guide you through the procedure.

Returns may be accepted but are dealt with case b case and are accepted on our own discretion depending on the situation. If your case is accepted for return, you will have to return the item in new condition and in the package. Buyers are responsible for the costs to postage any or all items back to us. Once we have received the item and checked it is in new condition we will issue a full return within 14 businesses days (except Rush Order fee, if that applies to your case). 1)How long will it take for an item to arrive in the US/Australia/Your country ?

**** Please understand these are guidelines, they are NOT in any circumstance guarantee of delivery dates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates with standard PostNL postage because parcels may be delayed by Customers Clearance in each country, which is out of our control.****
Guideline delivery dates are only to be used as a suggestion, not specific dates that your parcel will be delivery. We cannot guarantee any delivery date. To any customer outside Europe parcel delivery can take up to 5 weeks, and in Europe up to 3 weeks. We ARE NOT responsible for parcels being delivered beyond the guideline delivery date.
2)How long will my item take to ship?
All product processing times are updated and can be found under "Shipping & Policies" tab on product description. If you would like your item to be shipped sooner, you will have to purchase the rush fee. My processing time is due to the amount of orders I have to fulfill in a give time.
3) I am not satisfied with my item, what should I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact us straight away explaining the reason of you in-satisfaction before giving us any bad feedback. Please remember this is my livelihood and anything negative impairs not only the business but our opportunities to grow. We want you to be m ore than satisfied with your shop experience with us and will handle every situation case by case. If you have a problem or concern with your order or you are not satisfied about it, please give us the change to change this scenario before you give a feedback. We proud ourselves in customer satisfaction. If you are pleased with your purchase, I'd be extremely grateful if would take a few seconds to leave positive feedback.
4) What are your working hours?
I work on a part-time basis on Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00 (GMT+1 /// Central European Time Zone). For emails please allow 24 hours for an answer during business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
