What materials are used in your products?
All VICTORY CAPS are made with high quality 100% cotton to ensure comfort and durability.
How are the caps made?
All VICTORY CAPS are handmade and cut and sewn by me with love and attention to detail. From the fabric placement to the thread color of choice, every single step is a carefully thought of creative process that I take great joy in. Upon completion, your cap is fully inspected and re-measured to assure size accuracy. Once I'm completely happy with the product, I finish it off by gently ironing out any wrinkles it may have and whaalaa.
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely. Custom requests are always welcome. Simply click the "custom request" button and have a clear idea and preferably a photo or example of what exactly you would like, and I will let you know if I'm able to accommodate.

What shipping do you offer?
All VICTORY CAPS are mailed via USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3) days U.S Domestic only.
FREE Shipping is available to U.S orders over $35
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent via Etsy to the email provided as soon as I drop off your package at the Post office.
