Absolutely beautiful. I'm thrilled to finally have this piece, and Mary and Rich couldn't have been nicer. They were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much for the beautiful card catalog.

Shipping
Smaller items will be shipped within 3 to 5 days after the item has been purchased. Larger items such as furniture will be shipped out 5 to 10 days after the purchase date. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

We do not accept any returns. All Sals are final. We also do not issue refunds. If your item is damaged in shipment, we advise keeping all packaging and taking pictures of the damage, packing materials, boxes and label. If an item is damaged upon arrival it must be reported to us within two days of the item being received in order to successfully process any claim that would need to be made. Issues can be reported to us via the Etsy message service.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any refunds will be handled via our shipping company's claim center NOT through our shop. All packages are insured with either UPS or USPS. If there are any issues or if items are damaged in the shipping process, claims will be processed through their claim center.

NOTE: If your item is damaged in shipment, we advise keeping all packaging and take pictures of damage, packing materials, boxes and label. If an item is damaged upon arrival it must be reported to us within two days of the item being received in order to successfully process any claims that would need to be made. Issues can be reported to us via the Etsy message service. If packing material is not available for the shipping company to review or they do not have access to your item the claim will be denied. If the claim is denied based on the customer not being able to provide them with the item or shipping material a refund will not be issued.

Refunds will not be issued from our shop. Only from the shipping company when applicable. All Sales are final.
