Well it all started 22 years ago. My business partner, Kristi Linebaugh wanted to open a coffee house and I suggested we open it inside one of my existing stores (originally I had restoration house for antique lighting and also had an antique store to showcase my restoration.) I suggested we open inside the antique store.

Since Kristi worked at the antique store it was easy to add an espresso machine a few tables and chairs and open the coffee house in among the antiques.
It was only a few months before customers started requesting food and Kristi approached me in a panic and said, "People want to eat here, but I can't cook! What are we going to do?"

I told Kristi, "Well I will make my seasoned olive oil and if you Splash it on everything, people will think you know how to cook." Well it worked...too well!!

Everybody went crazy with the flavor and began requesting that I sell them bottles. I already had a lot going on in my life, the last thing I wanted was another business :-)
But they kept on and on (we tell the rest of the story in our first cookbook, Shake, Splash and Eat! Shockingly Simple Recipes, available here on Etsy)

Our customers were so persistent I finally gave in and started bottling my "Secret Sauce". The first day I made 120 bottles and sold out by the end of the day at our restaurant.

Well as they say, The Rest is History!

We now travel the U.S doing cooking classes, seminars, health expos, art and craft shows. We are a small family operated Women Owned Business and are passionate about quality products and healthy food.

In 2014 we retired from the restaurant to pursue our
teaching, books and selling our olive oils, full time.
