Returns and exchanges
So please view our listings carefully and ask any questions you might have prior to purchasing. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and we can work on an exchange. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.I can print all photographic prints in many different sizes. Contact me so I can quote another size for you!
If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, in undamaged condition, and I will refund its price. (Shipping costs are not refunded.)
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged during shipping. If you would like any item insured, please contact us for a price.
PLEASE NOTE: If your mailing address is different than the one listed with Etsy, please message us at the time of purchase to ensure that your order is sent to the correct address.
Payment
I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases but please convo me first before placing your order so that I can issue you an invoice.
Shipping
INTERNATIONAL: I use first class international mail, which takes approx. 14 days. To upgrade to priority mail or express mail international just ask for a quote for the charge. Keep in mind that you are responsible for any duty your country may charge you.
