Clarissa Villondo, sewist, photographer, owner of multiple businesses

I am Clarissa Villondo, the owner and maker of Villondo & Co. Since 2013, I’ve been a freelance photographer in the Washington, DC area and own a photography studio, Karlin Villondo Photography.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, I picked up basically all the hobbies. I was baking, brewing kombucha, and started sewing masks and photographing some of these new hobbies. After getting really into sewing masks, I found a bag-making kit and instantly got obsessed with making tote bags. After a few months of making tote bags and compliments from friends, I decided that I wanted to start selling some of these bags. (Also let’s be honest - selling these totes also helps continue funding this hobby and not filling my apartment with tote bags.)

Thanks for following along!
