* CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card or check without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

* All items will be shipped from Kaunas, Lithuania (the European Union)

* I ship the item in 3 business days after I receive the payment to my pay pal account.

* I usually use Post office service (registered package with tracking number).

** If you do not trust your local Post office - please let me know, I will find other shipping options. *Extra taxes may apply*.

* NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL (not EU) CUSTOMERS: Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain value entering the country. Be aware that these customs and duties fees are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs.

* All sales are *final*, so feel free to ask any information or photographs .

* Every doll is carefully wrapped into a sturdy box to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

* If there is a problem please contact me to resolve it. They have a wire armature running through their head, fingers and neck for extra support.


* I will not refund because you have changed your mind or don't like it! My photos are quite clear and I try to give a detailed description. You always have the option to ask me further questions before purchasing.

* The copyright of my drawings, images and sketches of my dolls do not revert to the buyer. I keep the right to use images of my artwork after it has been sold.

* I'm not taking custom orders.

* All of my dolls are one-of-a-kind and made to be used as art pieces.
They are made by hand so they have little imperfections that adds to their trully unique personality. :)
