Welcome

Unique record album purses and handbags, iPad cases, valet trays or belt buckles all made from salvaged record albums. Relive your old music memories. Earth friendly. I create each item from an actual record album vinyl and cover in my little loft studio here in Colorado. Need some new friends? These are great conversation starters!

Payment

I accept PayPal payments for the smoothest, and fastest delivery of your items, you may also use a Credit Card through PayPal without having to be a Member.
I will only ship to addresses that are verified and eligible for seller protection through Paypal. This usually means that both the billing address and the shipping address should match.

I also accept direct payment through Etsy.

Shipping

Shipping by USPS Priority Mail within the US unless worked out otherwise. If item is in stock, I will ship out in the next 48 hours (business days). Because a lot of my items are OOAK , I ship with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipment of item must be to the verified address through your paypal account. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost and I will provide you a tracking number.

My pieces are carefully crafted by hand for each customer and each design has its own process. Please allow about 3-5 weeks, plus shipping time to receive your order. During the holiday season, I recommend placing your order 6-8 weeks in advance to allow time for my heavier workload and the unexpected, such as delivery delays.

*** IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE... Please let me know right away so I can make an arrangement. Accommodating rush requests often means loss of sleep or sacrificed time with family, therefore a fee may be required if I am already pressed for time. Thank you for planning accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ - iPad Cases, Mac Cases, and Purses ship USPS Express Mail International. From the US, this is the only service available that provides tracking all the way to your door as well as insurance and is the only way I will send my custom pieces. Other pieces will ship USPS 1st Class Mail International unless worked out otherwise.

I include an invoice with each package that corresponds with the customs form stating the full purchase price of each order. Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please be aware that although I do pay to ship the item to you, as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Refunds and Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please read this entire policy. I do not always keep inventory stock on all items, but create pieces especially for you when your order is placed. The expense on my end includes ordering and shipping materials to my studio and the time required to make your item by hand from scratch. Once an item has been made for you, I cannot guarantee that another customer will purchase it, nor can I return materials for my money back. It is quite an investment for me of both time and money. Therefore, not all items you purchase from my shop may be returned, exchanged or refunded, but I am willing to consider each case depending on the item. If you have questions or concerns, please read the rest of this policy and contact me before placing your order.

Refund/Return Policy:

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS:

If an item is NOT labeled "Available, "In stock" or "Ready to ship" in the description, or if it has been customized or created just for you, it is non-returnable. In some cases, upon review, a partial refund may be granted. If you are uncertain whether a piece will work for you, please contact me before purchasing. I am confident that you will be more than pleased with your custom item just like so many of my happy customers have been. To that end, I thank you so much for your communication.

ITEMS LABELED "AVAILABLE", "IN STOCK" OR "READY TO SHIP"
I offer a money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your non-customized, non-made-to-order item. I accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At my sole discretion after 14 calendar days, I will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please know: As with most handcrafted items repurposed from recycled goods there can be some imperfections. Minor blemishes or scuffs are to be expected and only adds to each items history and uniqueness.

Although I hope that it is never the case, an item that is defective due to damage during shipping will qualify for store credit or a cash refund if I am not able to replace or restore the item to its original condition. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Any items returned to me after 14 days of delivery and without contacting us will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
