I am very pleased with this item. Gina is the shop owner and her communication with me was excellent. After I purchased the item, Gina wrote to me and told me she noticed one thing about the cape that she had not noted on the item and described the issue with the cape.. She gave me the option of a refund or to deduct a portion of the cost. To me, the issue with the cape was very minor and so I told her to deduct the amount she offered. When the cape arrived, I barely noticed what she was talking about. The cape is wonderful. To me, when a shop owner does something like this, it tells me that they are much more interested in a satisfied customer than money. That means a lot. Gina has been a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from her again.
