Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be consideedr by Vintage Breda on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances ~ if there is a problem, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any difficulties.

-In case the parcel comes back undelivered due to an incorrect address or any other reasons, you will be refunded, minus the shipping costs. Should the buyer want the item to be resent, they need to pay again the shipping costs. This cost will be covered by Vintage Breda only if it was our mistake.

-Under particular cases, refunds will be done once the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
-The shipping costs for returned products remain the responsibility of the customer.

-Breakage: We always pack fragile items with a great deal of care. If an item is broken in shipping, please take pictures and keep all packing materials as they will be needed for insurance purposes.

I have been shipping goods for several years already, to and from many different countries and continents. Experience has taught me that the best way, but unfortunately not the cheapest, way is to use registered post. As you pay for your product it is of importance to me that it arrives to you safely and quickly. Registered post might guarantee this. Therefore, I will use registered post by default. However, if you do not mind taking the risk you can ask me for a cheaper service and I will provide you with the necessary information on the related costs.

Buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, in addition to any brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipper. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.
Remember also that international shippers and/or customs agencies can sometimes take weeks to clear packages for delivery. We have no control over this. (this period of time will not be considered by Vintage Breda as a reason for a refund)
