About Vintage:
Many vintage items will show some degree of age and use and can not be compared to new items. I try to describe and show in the best way condition of my articles. Please take enough time to study fotos and read carrefully descriptions and FAQ before you make a purchase.
If you have any doubts or questions just contact me, I will be happy to answer them. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping:
Please make sure that you have provided correct address in your Etsy account before placing your order, as this is the address I will ship to.
If you want to make a purchase and your country is not listed for shipping, please contact me and I will arrange it.
If you want to purchase more then one item in the same transaction, please contact me for a combined shipping discount.
I send all items via Serbia Post insured with a tracking number.
Failed delivery due to the buyer responsibility
As privat seller I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that delivery fails due to the buyer responsibility such as the wrong adress or the package was not picked up, and the order returns to me. In this case the buyer has to bear in full inccured costs of original and return shipping plus 25% of the purchase amount for additional work and expenses. I'll refund remaining amount within 4 weeks of the return date. I don't refund for damaged returns.
Resending of the order is possible against additional shipping fees. In this case there will be no additional charges.
