About

A little bit about Vintage Court Artwear

As an artist, I am inspired by everything around me. From the Pacific Ocean to the Sierra Mountains, from the local parks to my backyard garden - it all keeps me pondering the next art project.

My love of glass art began in Santa Cruz, CA then on to the beautiful island of Whidbey in WA, and now I am creating my art in Northern California.

I have been doing artistic works as far back as I can remember. As a very young child I loved paint-by-numbers! I have done everything from glass to macrame, stained glass, painting, drawing, fabric arts, ceramics, and photography to name a few things. The ideas are endless, but since I need to focus on just a few of my ideas, I have started a new line of jewelry that combines my love of fused glass with polymer clay. Thus, Vintage Court Artwear was born!

What is the great thing about being a stay-at-home-artist? It allows me to do the other great passion that I have - taking care of foster dogs, and other senior and special needs pets. Purchasing my jewelry also has a secondary benefit as it allows me to continue my volunteer work with these wonderful and appreciative souls.

Thank you for taking a look at my Etsy shop!

    Owner, Artist

Thanks for looking at my shop! A quick note about me, I am a mom, a dog mom, a foster dog mom, and a grandma! What could be better? Now that I have raised my family and sent my little birdies out to explore their own worlds, I am working to establish myself as the artist that has alway been deep down inside me. While I have had a lifetime of creating and selling my art, it has been more of a sideline than a career. As a single parent that's what happens, but now it's time for me to take off as that artist just wants to fly!
