I travel regularly to Denmark but I am based in France, all items are shipped from France.
Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
- Money Order
- Other Method
I accept only paypal in US dollars for the moment, although if a European customer wishes to pay in euros via paypal that is possible as well.
I use recycled cardboard packaging ( but in perfect condition) and new bubble wrap.
I ship items using "la Poste"s cheapest international postal rates, but this does not include tracking or insurance ( to keep the cost down as postage in France is reasonably expensive) although items over 100$ or 3 kilos are shipped with insurance and tracking
If you wish to have tracking and insurance contact me prior to making a purchase and I can give you a quote for the extra cost.
International postal delivery can take from 5 days to 4 week, at certain times of the year maybe longer ( ie Christmas period and French summer holidays)
I cannot be held responsible for items not arriving for a deadline.
I am not responsible for extra taxes or duty upheld in certain countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund via Paypal after I have received the item, postal costs are the buyer responsibly.
I can not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping if you have not taken insurance, but the percentage of damaged items during shipping is very low ( to date I have only had 1 damaged delivery partly due to my packaging which I have totally reviewed since this incident)
If you do receive a damaged item contact me and i will try to compensate you with a discount on your next purchase.
I am not responsible for non delivery of uninsured items.
I do not issue refunds for damage or loss during shipping unless the customer has taken insurance.
