3 out of 5 starsGreat item. But communication could be improved. I believe I was over charged for shipping because my question was never answered. So I can only assume I was being avoided because of something shady. I personally think that ignoring a customer concern is completely rude and inconsiderate.

We would like to give some clarity to this review. For the record, we did reach out to this customer directly first to resolve any issues she had with our services in a private message and to see if there was anything we could do to leave her feeling more positive about her buying experience with us. We had responded to a previous message from this customer and unfortunately we simply missed her follow-up message. This was completely unintentionally (no shady business) and for this mistake we are truly sorry. It is extremely important to us to provide excellent customer service and to leave customers feeling satisfied with their purchase. We shipped with a box to protect the item as well as used priority mail. For this, we charged her the going rate of buying a box and shipping priority mail. Thanks for reading! VDS

4 out of 5 starsThis is a pretty little sun dress thing... After the replacement of missing buttons, and a soak in Oxi-Clean it's almost as good as new. These old rayon dresses are pretty durable and restorable. Thanks for shipping this so fast, and giving a bonus coupon.
