Welcome

Welcome to our Etsy shop. We deal in vintage and antique items that are fun and functional. Enjoy looking and please convo us with any questions or special requests.

Payment

PAYMENT is via PayPal, if you prefer another method please contact.

If you use an echeck on PayPal, Items will not be shipped until echecks have cleared your bank.

Shipping

WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SHIPPING COSTS.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure that your address is correct in both Etsy and PayPal. If your Etsy address does not match your PayPal address, this may delay shipment of your purchase. If you'd like your item(s) shipped to a different address, please make a note when you order.
Shipping costs listed are for shipping in the Continental USA with the USPS.
We are happy to ship anywhere, so please contact us for specific costs to other areas.
Sales tax will be added to Paypal invoices on sales to California buyers.

International buyers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their countries, for example: customs fees. Please do not ask us to enter incorrect information on the customs paperwork.

I apologize that due to the nature of int'l shipping, I cannot offer delivery confirmation or insurance to customers outside the U.S.

INSURANCE: Insurance coverage is available for a fee at your request. If you do not chose to insure the item we are not responsible if it is lost or damaged in shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

YOU, are responsible for ANY & ALL Import duty/Taxes/VAT Charges that YOUR country may impose on you for purchasing merchandise from outside of your country. Please be aware of these charges and amounts for your individual country PRIOR to purchasing from us. Each country is different and has a different $$ threshold before they begin to impose a VAT charge. Here is a helpful duty calculator if you would like an idea of what charges could be:

Customs for your country could hold your package for VAT charges and will not release the package to you until you pay this charge, so we feel it is important to be aware of these fees/charges ahead of time.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS:
If you are unhappy with your item please contact us. We must be contacted prior to an item being returned.
Unused items returned with prior notification and returned within one week of receipt will be refunded for the purchase price. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, and I cannot refund you money until I receive the item. Please use return receipt when you return your item, so that we have confirmation that the item has been delivered.

If you do not choose to insure your item, damage done by the postal service is not a reason for a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We will be happy to place an item on reserve for you at your request, reserve listings are for 24 hours only, payment is expected when reserved item is purchased.
If you need longer than the 24 hours period please contact us to see what can be worked out for you.
