Wow... I cannot make enough positive comments about this seller, but let me try: Stellar, Superb, 5 Stars all around! The item I bought is absolutely GORGEOUS, it arrived even sooner than expected, and the packaging was extremely protective - this seller takes recycle/ reuse to another level, which is a big bonus in my book. Communication was top-notch also. I highly recommend this seller and their products... I know I'll be coming back for more!

I take lots of pictures of my items and show clear detailed pictures on the listing. I ask that the buyer ask questions so they will be informed about my items. I will email at their request more pictures.

Shipping
Shipping will be Fed X, UPS or USPS Priority and Parcel Post.

Insurance and tracking is included in the shipping cost quoted for each item.

I use for packing, clean recycled materials, new and used newspaper, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, plastic, cardboard.
I take my time packing items and give consideration to the time it will be traveling through the mail. I use lots of wrap and extra fill to cushion, so that the item does not move inside the box and is protected.
I pack items with lots of packing material and many times double box. Packages are not always Handled with Care while in transit.

Pick Ups will be arrange.
I will combine items if I determine it is safe to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
Packages are insured. If there is damage, then the Buyer will put in for a claim with the post office. This can be done online. I will email the insurance receipt number to the buyer.
If the buyer wants me to put in a claim for a damaged item, then I will require that the item be shipped back to me so I can process the insurance claim. Buyer will pay for return shipping cost. Buyer will be refunded after the claim is granted.

Returns will be accepted, if it can be shown that the items were misrepresented.
In cases where item has been shown to be misrepresented, then I will pay the return shipping costs.
Please ask questions and ask for more pictures.

Returns Accepted - Refund for Full Selling Price less original shipping/ins. cost.
Buyer will pay return shipping and insurance cost in amount to cover item value.
Returns for refund must be made within 10 days after delivery of items purchased.

Refund given for returned items AFTER the item is received in undamaged condition with all parts included. Original shipping cost not refundable.

If the buyer and I do agree on a refund for special circumstances, then:
Item[s] must be returned within 10 days after delivery.
Items must be re-packed the way they were received...carefully with lots of wrap and extra fill. All parts must be included.

Return shipping cost, Priority mail, insurance, tracking will be paid by the buyer, unless I agree otherwise.
Package MUST be INSURED and have a tracking number.
Returns must be re-packed securely with glass well wrapped. Returns must be sent priority mail with insurance, and tracking.

Please ask questions, so that you know about the item. I disclose any damage to items that I see. I rate the condition and show clear pictures. I offer to send more pictures at your request. The lights are used, vintage, antique and will have wear unless completely repainted.

All problems and disputes will be worked out. Each case can be different, so each problem, dispute will be handled differently.
