Our items are vintage and sometimes display age appropriate patina and wear. This may include dings, dents, rust, fading, chipping, cracks, crazing, etc. If you feel a description or photograph is lacking the information you need, please contact me prior to purchase and I will be happy to answer your questions.

Accepted forms of payment are direct credit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.

BOXABLE ITEMS:
Shipping rates are based on the shipping calculator found in the shipping and policies tab unless free shipping is offered for an item; the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance. I am not responsible for incorrect rates given by the calculator, and if necessary, additional charges will be requested to ship.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
If more than one item is purchased in the cart, shipping charges will be adjusted and credited after purchase has been shipped to reflect the savings of combined shipping.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
It is highly recommended to purchase insurance on all items over $100. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and insurance options.
Items are very well packaged to help prevent damages during shipping, however, be aware that packages can be handled roughly during the shipping process. If you choose to have your item shipped WITHOUT insurance coverage and the package is lost or damaged, you will NOT be eligible to file a claim with USPS for a refund. This is a buyer's only recourse to receive a refund for damages or lost packages. Seller is not responsible for shipping mishaps.
USPS priority automatically insures packages for the first $50 and additional insurance can be purchased during check out to cover items priced over $50.
USPS does NOT offer insurance coverage for items shipped ground.

SHIPPING OVERAGES: Shipping overages of more than $1 will be refunded.

FURNITURE:
Local pickup at our Newfield shop is always available at no charge. Please bring the appropriate size vehicle and assistance with loading.
For an additional fee, local delivery (within 100 miles) is available and the cost will be determined given the situation. Please convo with specifics.
We do not process long-distance furniture shipping. Buyers are responsible for contacting and making all necessary arrangements for furniture delivery with a white glove delivery service. We are happy to assist, but we do not make arrangements regarding pick-up, packing, or delivery. Once the furniture is turned over to a third-party carrier, we are not responsible for damages, losses, or mishaps. Please insure your piece.
