Shipping rates are estimates only and are based on east to west coast shipping. Should there be any substantial shipping overcharges, please be assured that you will automatically be issued a refund. Combined shipping is available for most items in the shop - contact me prior to purchase. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to purchase. All orders are shipped to the Etsy address that is provided at checkout.
In all cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes packages that are refused and shipped back to us. If re-shipment is required, additional charges will be incurred.
International Shipping: Please contact me with your your location and the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and I will provide you with an exact shipping quote. All import fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it. Please send me a photo of the packaging and the item showing the damage.
I do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit on any vintage items sold through the Vintage Modern and More Etsy shop. No buyer's remorse returns will be accepted.
