Awesome, beautiful, beyond my expectations!

I decided to order these as a gift for a cat-lover after I watched the movie about Louis Wain. The cards are beautiful, but I am disappointed by the quality of the paper. I was expecting more of a glossy cardstock. I ordered the cat with the flowers around its eyes. I like the coordinating yellow envelopes.

The Audubon cards are fantastic, excellent reproductions with rich colors and crisp lines, perfect for bird-loving friends. I was a little disappointed by the quality on the colored Alice In Wonderland cards; I understand that they're taken from very old original artworks, but they were rather pixelated and the colors were murky, and it was striking especially in comparison to the really nice image quality on the other cards I've ordered from this shop. The cardstock itself is nice and takes ink well on all their cards I've ordered, but the Alice images really do look a bit shoddy (I found them to look worse in reality than in the listing images, in contrast to the Audubon cards, which looked even *better* in reality) and I do wish the seller had been slightly more sympathetic to my dismay.

Great quality, quick shipping, and the prints are some of my favorite Tenniel illustrations. The red envelopes are a nice touch.
