Item arrived with the glass broken. I told the seller it wasn't wrapped well enough to ship. She told me I should have taken the insurance. That still doesn't mitigate the fact that it was poorly packaged for shipping. Seller never responded after our first conversation. She was going to get back to me after she went to the post office to see if anything could be done.

Shipping is USPS First Class, if you would like a faster service, convo me prior to payment so that shipping can be adjusted. If you do not want to risk lost or damaged items please purchase insurance prior to payment, although this rarely happens, the possibility is there and I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
