I ran a Barn Sale for several years along with the help of family and friends. We held regular sales in a converted barn which had ELEVEN (11) rooms/stalls filled with everything you can imagine from antiques, vintage and new items, books, records, and musical instruments, machinery, farm & horse equipment, clothing, linens and household, art, ceramics and decorative items and even homemade baked goods! We literally had something for everyone!

We had regular customers (even an email list) who looked forward to coming to each and every sale as we always had new stuff coming in. Very often we would have folks stop by to shop and end up spending the day with us and becoming lifelong friends. Many times people would sit on the couch and play live music entertaining us and other shoppers. Other friends brought baked good and we often provided cold drinks. It truly was a special experience.

The barn sale has since closed and many of the items are now offered here in my vintage shop on etsy. I tend to have items that are easier to mail such as jewelry, linens, tools and smaller household goods. I still maintain the same standards we had at the barn sale by offering clean items, beautifully displayed and accurately described. I get a thrill being able to recycle something, or salvage a bit of history by passing it on to the next happy owner. I hope you find the treasure you have been looking for in my shop. Enjoy browsing.
