If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. Additional information and photos of the damaged package may be needed to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier
SHIPPING - UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
If an item comes back to us marked as unclaimed for any reason, we are not responsible for any shipping fees. The item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer contacts us, asking for the item to be reshipped at their own expense.
